The Training Certification Management Report allows the Master Account Administrator, District Managers, and School Managers to review staff completion of certification courses. This report allows flexible viewing of certification completion by a variety of filters, including school, assessment, staff member, role, and certification status.
Accessing the Report
When educators complete certification in a given assessment or subtest, it means that they can administer that assessment or subtest in a valid and reliable way. In order to determine whether educators have certified, district and school leaders can use the Training Certification Management Report.
- Select the Reporting tab.
- Open the Training Certification Management report.
Some districts will require educators to certify in the assessments they will administer, and other districts do not. FastBridge highly recommends that educators certify in the assessments they will administer, since doing so ensures the validity and reliability of the data across classrooms, grade levels, and schools. Resetting Users
District or site leaders may reset certifications at any time. Some districts require educators to recertify seasonally, others require annual recertification, and still other require recertification every two years. To reset the certifications for staff members, follow the steps outlined below.
- Use the dropdown menus to filter results.
- Checkbox the users individually or use the Check All checkbox to select all users.
- Select Reset Selected Staff.
