Students receiving a "No tests are available" or "No active enrollments found" message can happen for several reasons.

The first screening period of the school year hasn't started yet. | See Manage Student Access from the Setting Up Student Login Access article to enable students to log in sooner, or wait for the screening period to start. |
They may be logging in outside of the chosen accessibility times/dates. | See Manage Student Access from the Setting Up Student Login Access article to edit this setting. |
A student's respective grade level is not assigned any computer based assessments in FastBridge. | See the Adding Assessments article for more information on assigning assessments. |
The student is not shared with FastBridge in the roster source (Clever, ClassLink, DnA, OneRoster, SIS, etc). | Verify student’s enrollments in third party have all FastBridge roster required fields (State, SchoolDistrict, School, Grade, Course, Section, StudentID, StudentFirstName, StudentLastName, TeacherID, TeacherFirstName, TeacherLastName, and TeacherEmail) |
The Start Time, End Time, IP Address, and/or IP Address End fields have been filled in on the Manage Student Access page. | Using these fields can cause students to receive error messages and prevent students from logging in. See Manage Student Access from the Setting Up Student Login Access article to check and edit these fields. |
Configuring student logins is completed in the "Manage Student Access" or "Student Login Access" page. The assessments and dates MUST be set up.
