Students receiving a "No tests are available" or "No active enrollments found" message can happen for several reasons.

The first screening period of the school year hasn't started yet. | See the Manage Student Access from the Setting Up Student Login Access article to enable students to login sooner or wait for the screening period to start |
They may be logging in outside of the chosen accessibility times/dates. | See the Manage Student Access from the Setting Up Student Login Access article to edit this setting. |
A student's respective grade level is not assigned any computer based assessments in FastBridge. | See the Adding Assessments article for more information on assigning assessments. |
The student is not shared with FastBridge in the roster source (Clever, ClassLink, DnA, OneRoster, SIS, etc). | Verify student’s enrollments in third party have all FastBridge roster required fields (State, SchoolDistrict, School, Grade, Course, Section, StudentID, StudentFirstName, StudentLastName, TeacherID, TeacherFirstName, TeacherLastName, and TeacherEmail) |
Configuring student logins is completed in the 'Manage Student Access' or 'Student Login Access' page. The assessments and dates MUST be set up.
