Each district must designate one individual as their Master Account Administrator (MAA). MAA accounts have the same functionality as District Manager accounts. In addition, they have access to the district's License Information. The Master Account Administrator is our primary contact for your account.
At the beginning each school year, the MAA must log into FastBridge and accept the End User License Agreement on behalf of all users in their district. The agreement is presented when you log in for the first time. FastBridge will not become functional for your district until the agreement has been accepted. Once the agreement has been accepted by the MAA, subsequent setup and usage can commence.
Each district can have only one Master Account Administrator. If you need to add a Master Account Administrator or you aren't sure who is designated as the Master Account Administrator for your school, please contact our Support Team at help@fastbridge.org
To log in as Master Account Administrator, follow these steps.
- Go to www.fastbridge.org.
- Click Login.
- Enter the username and password provided by FastBridge School Support when your account was set up.
