Each district must designate one individual as their Master Account Administrator (MAA). MAA accounts have the same functionality as District Manager accounts. In addition, they have access to the district's License Information. The Master Account Administrator is FastBridge's primary contact for the district. At the beginning each school year, the MAA must log into FastBridge and accept the End User License Agreement on behalf of all users in their district. This article guides MAAs through this process.
Licensing Agreement
The licensing agreement is presented when a MAA logs in for the first time. FastBridge will not become functional for a district until the agreement has been accepted. Once the agreement has been accepted, subsequent setup and usage can commence. Each district can have only one Master Account Administrator. If a Master Account Administrator needs to be added or one is not designated, please contact FastBridge Support.
Login as Master Account Administrator
- Go to www.fastbridge.org.
- Enter the username into the text box. (Provided by FastBridge School Support when the account was set up.)
- Enter password into the text box. (Provided by FastBridge School Support when the account was set up.)
- Select Login.
