The Group Skills Report lists the responses from all students (correct and incorrect) to the items on the selected sub-test. This report reveals commonalities in the errors students are making and provides insight into what concepts they aren't getting as a group.
The Group Skills Report is only available at the class level, and is not available at the school/district level.
Access the Group Skills Report
- Select the Reporting tab.
- Locate the Group Skills Report, and select the desired assessment.
The + indicates a dropdown to select a specific sub-test for the assessment.
Interpreting the Group Skills Report
Group/Class-Wide Information
- Class information.
- The selected Interval displays what screening period the report pertains to.
- Assessment items. This defaults to the lowest to highest accuracy percentage.
- Class accuracy for each item.
Individual Information
- Student accuracy for the timed administration.
- The student score, based on metrics used for the measure.
- Number of errors, or the total errors, if the inventory is completed.
- Items correct or incorrect.
- Green check mark: Correct
- Red X: Incorrect
- Blank: Did not attempt
- The color legend for the accuracy per student.
- The color legend for the accuracy per item.
Errors will only display in the Group Skills Report for screening data, and will not display for progress monitoring data.
