Subtests needed for earlyReading and earlyMath Composites
The earlyMath and earlyReading assessments include Composite scores when used for screening. The Composite combines a student’s scores from 3 or 4 specific subtests into one score that can be used to evaluate a student’s risk for math or reading difficulties. The following table displays the subtests required for the Composite in the Fall, Winter, and Spring for Preschool (age 4), Kindergarten, and Grade 1.
