FastBridge automatically creates default user ids for students (for login) using a combination of the student's first name and their student ID number. When the student's first name has an apostrophe or other special character, the default user id will not work.
Note: Special characters are not allowed in any user login id.
To change the student's user id, you will need to:
1. First, change their name in the regular roster to remove the apostrophe, space or special character.

2. Change the student's user name in Manage Student Password to remove the special character.

3. After saving the new user id and password for the student, you can go back and edit the regular roster to put the special character back in.
