(or What do all the N/As mean?)
Note: Local percentile data is cached and updated nightly. Score and national percentile data are available as the tests are administered. (During peak testing times some reports are not available until after 3:00 pm CST).
Some reports, such as the Group Growth Report and the Group Screening Report, display local percentile data; however, this data is not available until the day after the test is administered. This is because calculating local percentiles is a system-intensive process. We balance system resources to give a higher priority to test administration and run system-intensive processes during off-peak hours.
Reports show a "N/A" when local percentiles have not been calculated yet. Local percentiles require that at least 70% of the group has been tested before the results become meaningful. To indicate that the 70% requirement has not been met, a similar symbol is used. In the following example for Spring testing, Micaela took her test today. The indicates local percentile rankings are not available, because the calculation process hasn't run yet. Dale took his test yesterday. The indicates that local percentiles are not available yet, because less than 70% of students in the group have tested.
