What It Is and Who Should Have One
Designed for AEA and Iowa Department of Education (IDOE) staff, a Consortium User account provides access to system level data by measure, without drilling down to individual student data. The Consortium User account will allow AEA/IDOE staff who work with leadership teams to access FastBridge data for support and discussion, using a single login, without the confidentiality concerns (FERPA) associated with individual level data.
AEA staff with a need for individual student data, and a clear connection to educational decision-making, will still be able to view this data with a separate login provided by your AEA contact for FastBridge.
How To Get One
Each AEA has a staff member assigned to verify need and facilitate setup. If you believe you need a Consortium User account, please work with your AEA contact for FastBridge.
Note: The consortium role is not intended for LEA use. District level data is available in District Manager accounts.
Purpose
The report views available in this account type are intended to allow the user to quickly navigate between data sets to assist with identifying districts, buildings and grade levels that may need additional resources and supports to improve student skills.
