There are times in FastBridge when you may receive the error message shown below.
The "Please try again." portion of the error message is slightly misleading, as the issue rarely self resolves. If you receive this error, we suggest checking the MTSS System Status page for any outages/issues. If none are listed, please submit a FastBridge support request with the following information:
- Copy of the error message received including the Error code.
- What page you were on and what you clicked immediately before receiving the message
- Additional details to assist with investigation such as your name, the building name, student name, assessment, etc.
Reminder: Support for Iowa users is not available using the FastBridge phone number or chat options. Iowa users must use the Submit a Request/Contact Us links in FastBridge or email help@fastbridge.org to connect with the Iowa support team.
