Progress Monitoring Plans may need to be edited after they're initially created to better address a student’s evolving needs and ensure the interventions are effective. Regular updates can help track progress accurately and make necessary adjustments to support the student’s academic growth. This lesson shows users how to edit an existing plan.
Edit a Progress Monitoring Form
From the Progress Monitoring page:
- Select the checkbox to the left of the desired student's name.
- Select Edit Setup.
The form re-opens as shown above to make edits. Select Save after any changes are made.
Note: Probes are uploaded into FastBridge on Sunday; any changes to the plan's frequency during the week will not show up until the following scheduled Sunday.
The Overdue label is caused by a missed week of Progress Monitoring. When a student misses a week of Progress Monitoring, the Overdue label will be removed after two additional weeks of Progress Monitoring, the two consecutive weeks following the missed week, have been completed.
Edit the Progress Monitoring Plan details as needed. Be sure to select Save at the bottom after any changes are made.
Progress Monitoring Plans should not extend beyond one year. A new plan should be created each year.
