The Detailed Group Report displays the scores for each of the Rapid Automatized Naming subtests. All scores are color-coded to display the students' percentile ranks, as compared to the grade-level national norms.
Accessing the Detailed Group Report via the Reporting Tab
- Select the Reporting tab.
- Scroll down to the Detailed Group Report module. Select Rapid Automatized Naming.
- Rapid Automatized Naming is selected by default. Use the radio buttons to update the selection if needed.
- Select a Grade or Class level report.
- Select the desired assessment Interval.
- Select Generate Report.
Accessing the Detailed Group Report via the Screening Tab
- Select the Screening tab.
- Select the Rapid Automatized Naming assessment.
- Select Detailed Group Report.
Interpreting the Report
- Student Names appear in the far left column.
- The current screening period is expanded by default, and lists all sub-tests completed. Color coding is based on national percentiles, with risk-level symbols displayed.
- Select the >> arrows to expand the screening period subtests.
- Hover over any subtest to view the full name.
- RLN: Rapid Letter Naming
- RPN: Rapid Picture Naming
- RCN: Rapid Color Naming
- RNN: Rapid Number Naming
- A key to interpret the color-coding of the chart appears at the bottom of the page.
The percentiles are color-coded to display the student's percentile ranks as compared to the grade-level national norms. Rapid Automatized Naming testing has only two levels of risk: At Risk and Not At Risk. A score under the 20th percentile is considered to be At Risk, and is indicated by two exclamation marks. Any score at or above the 20th percentile is considered to be Not At Risk.
- Select Print report to print a copy of the report.
- Select the checkbox next to one or more students and select View Notes to view any notes that were added to any subtests.
