Adding Students to PM
Once you’ve scheduled PM, you can’t add students to the original group because there isn’t really a group. You simply create a new PM plan for the additional student(s) and when you filter by the assessment and monitoring staff on the PM page, the students meeting that criteria will appear on the list.
Releasing Students from PM
Students may be released from their PM individually or you can select several students to release at once.
Click the checkbox next to the student or multiple student names. If a student has multiple PM measures, make sure to select the row with the PM measure you want to end.
Click Release from PM Plan on the blue action menu at the top.
To View Ended PM, click Active Only to the left of the search field and select either Active and Inactive or Inactive Only from the drop-down menu. Then use the search box to find the student faster.
