Q: Help! We've progress monitored the student but the score isn't showing up.
A: This is a known bug that we've reported to the FastBridge engineers. The assessment is completed, the score is captured, and it is visible on the PM Report but is not displayed under Monitoring Scores on the PM list. This is inconvenient but it's important to note that the PM score is safe!!!
At the current time (9/2) the engineers have not identified the cause and there is no timeline for a fix. We ask that you confirm the score is visible on the PM Report. If it is, the data is safe and there is no need to administer the progress monitoring again, despite the continued presence of the Start Form link. Repeated administrations will only result in multiple data points on the PM report/graph.

- Click the checkbox to the left of the student’s name
- Select PM Report on the blue action menu at the top
