What to do if you're from a JMC district and missing students or staff members in FastBridge
Users from districts who have JMC as their student information system may notice that only a portion of their students are visible in FastBridge. If this occurs, please request that your JMC manager check the JMC SIF for validation errors and correct those errors as needed. Once the errors have been corrected in JMC, it may take up to 3 days for the data to update in FastBridge.
Iowa ELI/Healthy Indicator 2024-2025 Screening Windows
Fall and Winter window length will be five weeks long for the 2024-25 school year. Spring is 6 weeks to accommodate the highly varied school year end dates across the state.

February 2024 View As menu issues
When clicking on the View As menu in the upper right hand corner, users may find the menu unresponsive (nothing happens when clicked) or an error message. There is no timeline for resolution or known workaround. We will update here when more information becomes available.
