There are two primary ways in which Progress Monitoring data can be accessed. This lesson guides users through those access points and then saving and printing the Progress Monitoring Report. Typically interventionists will access the data via the Progress Monitoring tab for the students on their caseload. However, if you’re an educator unfamiliar with a given learner and you’re in a Child Study type of meeting, you might opt to look at the Student at-a-Glance Report so that you can see all the child’s FastBridge data in one place.
Access via Progress Monitoring Tab
- Go to the Progress Monitoring tab.
- Use the filter bar across the top to narrow the list of students you're seeing by school, grade level, subject area, etc.
- Check the boxes to the left of the students' names for whom you'd like to print the Progress Monitoring Report.
- Select the "PM Report" option in the light blue bar under the filter bar.
The Progress Monitoring tab can only be accessed via the Specialist or Teacher view. Be sure to change views as needed.
- Select Print report to open the print window.
- Use the Destination option to select the desired printer or choose Save as PDF to create an electronic copy.
- If printing, select Print.
Accessing via Student at a Glance Report
- Go to the Reporting Tab.
- Scroll down to the Student at a Glance Report under the Intervention & Monitoring column.
- Click in the Search Student box and type a student name. Selecting a student name generates the report.
- Select Print report to open the print window.
- At the bottom of this report, you’ll see a section labeled “Progress Monitoring Results.” By clicking on the image of the graph, you’ll be taken to the full Progress Monitoring Report for that student.
