There are some instances when a student's score is missing from a school or district-wide report. This article outlines the most common reasons why scores may be missing from.
Screening Windows
If students have tested outside the screening window, their scores will not appear in school or district-wide reports. This can be found by generating a Student Data Download for the assessment and checking to see whether the students received school and district percentiles, or by checking the date that the assessment was taken and compare to the Default Screening Periods.
Percentage of Students
If less than 70% of students in the particular subset being examined have taken the assessment, student results will not appear in school or district-wide reports. This can be found by generating a Student Data Download for the assessment and counting how many students have scores for the assessment.
Time-frame
If it has been less than 24 hours since the assessment was taken, the assessment data will not appear in the district-level reports. District-level reports require 24 hours to ingest data.
